According to predictions from DisplaySearch, Apple will be launching iPhone 6 with a 4.7-inch screen with 1600×900 resolution and 386 pixel per inch (ppi), and another one with 5.5-inch with 1920×1080 resolution and 401 ppi.

The display would be a LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) TFT LCD, which is the same technology used in  iPhone 5s.

The same source in october had predicted that Apple would launch iPhone 6 with 4.7-inch and 5.7-inch screen, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, Retina MacBook Air, iWatch with 1.3-inch or 1.63-inch flexible AMOLED display in 2014. We noted that iPhone 6 with 4.7-inch its resolution changed in the latest research from 1280×720 to 1600×900. The current iPhone 5s resolution's 1136×640 and 326ppi

DisplaySearch also suggests that Apple would be launch an iPad with 12.9-inch screen with 2732×2048 resolution and 265 ppi "iPad Pro".

DisplaySearch reiterates an earlier claim that the iWatch may ship in two different sizes. The firm's forecast predicts the Cupertino company may adopt a 1.6-inch display for men and a smaller 1.3-inch display for women. Both sizes would sport a 320 x 320 resolution and would use flexible AMOLED technology.

These are all just predictions for now, but it has many evidences. Thus 2014 is going to be different from his predecessors -the quality and quantity.
