Live Photos normaly can be viewed only on Apple devices that running by iOS 9 or OS X El Capitan. Now new Live GIF app allows you to turn Live Photos into GIFs, which means to be viewable on all other devices and shareable on most social networks.

When you launch Live GIF will automatically know and display your Live Photos album, tapping on a specified photo will turn it magically into GIF, you can preview the photo before you saving it in the Camera Roll to be available to sending, sharing or uploading to social network. The Live GIF app also allows you to save the photo as a video instead of GIF extension.

Apart Live GIF app there were more than one way to convert a series of images or a video to GIF like GIFMaker for Mac as well as this online service ImgFlip which enables you to convert Youtube, Vimeo or an uploaded video to GIF. And for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users, they can turn their Burst Mode photos into GIFs through Burstio app, but Live GIF app maybe remains the easiest and seamless way to convert Live Photos to GIF.
